AssessmentsSelf Assessment ChecklistsA variety of self-administered assessment checklists are available to our clients. These assessments provide clients with the opportunity to measure themselves against criteria developed to aid them in setting priorities and goal and focus on the areas many of us in the coaching community believe are necessary to succeed and to be fulfilled. DISC AssessmentsA widely used, extensively validated, self-administered questionnaire is used to generate an individualized and specific description of one's behaviors in given situations. When used in conjunction with coaching, the DISC assessment highlights areas where clients are out of step with either themselves or their environments. 360° Feedback AssessmentsThese assessments gather feedback from colleagues at a variety of levels in an organization and provide validity to information about how the client is perceived by others.
