Lori Muldowney

Ms. Muldowney has been coaching executives, managers, and teams in Canada and the U.S. for over 15 years. Through her proven ability to motivate individuals and clarify their paths to achievement, she has helped to increase performance and job satisfaction within most major industry sectors, as well as within the non-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Clients appreciate her enthusiastic, non-judgmental approach to problem solving and her talent for envisioning the practical steps that lead to sustained change. Prior to Dark Horse Strategies, Ms. Muldowney held several leadership, management and consulting roles, primarily in management consulting and government, with several years in transportation. Throughout this time, she gained the requisite knowledge to develop successful programs in change management, staff retention, leadership development, team building, customer service, personal development, and other programs and coaching initiatives that are critical for both personal and organizational growth.
