Workshops and Teleclasses

We offer custom designed workshops to meet your specific needs. Workshops can be designed in three to four hour sessions, as a three to four day retreat setting, or anything in between, in order to most effectively meet your goals or needs. Custom teleclasses, one-hour group classes held over a bridge/conference telephone line, are also available upon request. Each class generally runs 4, 8, 12 or 14 consecutive weeks depending upon the topic, at the same time and day of week.

Workshop and teleclasses topics include but are not limited to the following:

• Mission and Vision Statements: Learn what mission and vision statements are and how to develop them. Can be designed to develop either personal or organizational statements.
   
• Goal Setting: Learn how to write measurable goals and objectives and the action plans to make them happen.
   
• Continuous Improvement: Learn how to combine vision, mission, goals, objectives, and action plans into one major strategic plan that will help your organization (or individuals within it) move from where they are to where they want to be.
   
• Understanding Change: Learn why some people love change while it terrifies others. Learn how to work with people where they are and ease the transition to where they want to be.
   
• Balancing Life: Learn to bring balance into your life by analyzing the different aspects of your life, identifying your priorities, and then developing a plan for moving forward to create the life you want to live.
   
• Leadership Development: This workshop is custom designed to meet your needs, from a half-day workshop, to multi-day retreat. Explore leadership from one of three points of view - self as leader, another as leader, or the need for leadership in a particular situation. We will use a leadership assessment tool to match leadership characteristics to your organizational needs, identify leaders at every level of the organization, and develop effective leader-follower relationships for improved team and organizational performance.
