Lori Muldowney

As President of Dark Horse Strategies, Lori Muldowney has managed, designed and implemented many marketing and strategic business planning programs for private and public sector businesses, as well as for non-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

With over 20 years in business, Ms. Muldowney provides clients with a unique combination of private sector, public sector, “Big Six” management consulting practice and owner-operator experience and skills.

This unique set of skills has been carefully honed through senior management and consultative roles with over 100 organizations in such industries as information technology, financial services, business services, oil and gas, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing and charities.

In addition, Ms. Muldowney has held a number of senior management positions with Ernst & Young, Trimac and the Government of Ontario, among other organizations. She has owned and operated Dark Horse Strategies since 1995.

She is an active volunteer and member of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Strategic Leadership Forum, the International Coaching Federation, the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, the Canadian Association of HR Planners, and is founder of Wired Woman Society Calgary Chapter, a national Canadian organization that encourages women to explore career and educational opportunities in Information Technology.
